CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:
We are sorry, but we cannot accept a Personal Check or Money Order. However, we are happy to accept any Major Credit Cards and Paypal payments. 


CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Due to the nature of our products (custom and handmade) WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

We ship from Utah, USA

USA - USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING
Please allow an additional 4-5 US Postal Service BUSINESS days to receive your order. Please note that once your order leaves our hands at the post officewe are not responsible for transit times or delays due to weather, holidays or lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL -USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please allow an additional 14-21 US Postal Service BUSINESS days to receive your order. Please note that once your order leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for transit times or delays due to weather, holidays or lost packages.

We ship to the address on your Fairy Wonderful receipt so double check it for accuracy.  We will not be held responsible for an fees incurred to reship orders return to us due to insufficient addresses.

Our shipping charges DO NOT include insurance nor do we send our packages signature required. If you want these extra services please email us at FairyWonderful@gmail.com  As such we do not replace your product if it's lost in transit.  You can call the post office to file a claim for lost boxes.
 
Your tracking number is emailed to you thru the usps.com service so be sure to add fairywonderful@gmail.com to your contacts so that your tracking info will not be sent to your spam folder.

CAN I GET THE EXACT SAME FLOWERS, HEADBANDS, RIBBONS OR EMBELLISHMENTS AS SHOW IN THE LISTING?
Please note that the flowers, headbands, ribbons, and embellishments may vary due to stock, but please be assured that we will pick them to match beautifully!

Customer service hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST
Customer service is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Orders may still be placed however we will not process orders or answer emails until Mondays.
