Our Frequently Asked Questions page is a fantastic way for quick answers to your question without having to contact us and wait for a reply.
How long will it take to get my order?
Turnaround times vary depending on the season... typically we say 7-14 BUSINESS days for tutus, 14-21 BUSINESS days for dresses and pettiskirts, 2-3 weeks for all other items for (this is the time before shipping) ~ however the turnaround time will change at times (especially during the busy Halloween and Holiday Season). Once we ship your order it usually takes 2-4 additional BUSINESS days to arrive to you if you are in the US, International orders take longer to ship. If you need your order sooner contact us to see if we can accommodate your date needed by.

Please note that the address listed as the shipping address on your order is where your order WILL BE shipped. If no address is present in the shipping address we will ship to the billing address. We CAN NOT change the shipping address once order is recieved and processing!
Our shipping charges DO NOT include insurance.. you will need to purchase that separately. Once your package leaves our hands we no longer can be held responsible for it.
Your tracking number is emailed to you thru the usps.com service so be sure to add fairywonderful@gmail.com to your contacts so that your tracking info will not be sent to your spam folder.
Do you have a size chart?
Yes.. we have a size chart category that has an average size range... you can order what is closest to your childs size OR age.
All Fairy Wonderful tutus and dresses are made to order ..... All of our chest bands and waist bands are made with 3/4 to 1 inch non roll elastic and will stretch an extra 2-3 inches to allow for growth.
Please choose your childs closest size based upon measurements from the SIZE CHART. Please remember that the sizes are made an average size and mat not be exactly your childs size.
For Tutus:
Measure around the waist and then from waist to length you would like the the tutu to be.
NB-12 Months
waist up to 17 inches / length up to 8 inches
2T/3T
waist up to 20 inches / length up to 11 inches
4T/5T
waist up to 22 inches / length up to 13 inches
6T
waist up to 24 inches / length up to 15 inches
For Dresses:
Measure under the arm pits around the entire chest. Then measure for length from under the arm down to the length you would like the dress to fall (i.e..the knees, shins or ankles) then choose what size is closest to your childs measurements.
NB-12 months
Chest up to 17 inches and up to17 inches of length
2T/3T
Chest up to 20 inches up to 24 inches of length
4T/5T
Chest up to 22 inches up to 28 inches of length
6T
Chest up to 24 inches up to 33 inches of length
How do I care for my tutu or tutu dress?
Your tutu or dress will arrive folded in a box... you will want to take it out immediately and hang!
To Fluff... gently shake!
To Straighten... run your fingers down through tulle strands. Be careful if you have embellishments. You can also lightly mist with water and/or hang in steamy bathroom for 5-10 minutes!
To Clean... spot wash only!
To Store... we recommend you hang it inside out!
CAUTION: Giggles, grins and extra twirling have been reported!
SPONTANEOUS dancing will occur!!!
Parental supervision is required while your child is wearing her Fairy Wonderful creation as small parts can cause a choking hazard.
