SIZING: Our suggested sizes are listed below.... you may choose a
longer or shorter length if you would like as these are just suggested
lengths.
Newborn to 6 months: Chest up to 15 inches and up to 16
inches of length
6 -12 months: Chest up to 16 inches and up to 17 inches of length
12months - 18 months: Chest up to 18 inches and up to 18 inches of length
2T: Chest up to 19 inches up to 22 inches of length
3T: Chest up to 19 inches up to 24 inches of length
4T: Chest up to 21 inches up to 28 inches of length
5T: Chest up to 23 inches up to 32 inches of length
6/7: Chest up to 24 inches up to 36 inches of length

items are custom made after order is placed. Please be sure to refer
to our MAKE TIMES which DO NOT include weekends or holidays to be
certain that this time will work for your deadline.
Please make your selections carefully as all of our items are custom made after the time of purchase and are non returnable.
We love what we do here at FairyWonderful and hope you love your product as much as we do.
We
do
provide detailed descriptions of all of our products so please be
sure you have read the ENTIRE description. Please take note that we are
a
small company whom makes all of our products after the order is placed.
Our items are not mass produced or factory made which means
the color may vary slightly as all computer monitors are different and
may be more or less intense in colors when actually viewed in person
and all embellishments may vary depending on stock but will still match
the design well.

CUSTOM: If you would like something/size other than what is pictured in
our store email us at fairywonderful [!at] gmail.com and we will be
happy to assist you with a custom design.

SHIPPING: All orders will incur shipping charges based on the size of your order and location it is being shipped to.
We use USPS Priority mail for all of our shipments and purchase deliver confirmation with ALL packages.
We will not replace ANY orders that show they have been delivered or
damaged by no fault of ours. Once the package leaves our hands at the
post office we no longer have ANY control over it.
If you would like to purchase insurance please do so by adding it to your order.
IMPORTANT: Our make times DO NOT include ship times.
US shipments take 2-3 days after the usual MAKE TIMES
International
shipments ship via first class which takes typically 10-20 BUSINESS
days depending on your location. You can upgrade to priority intl
shipping by contacting us at fairywonderful@gmail.com and we will set
you up a special sale for the shipping difference. If you choose to go
with first class intl mail we cannot be responsible for your package as
the first class shipping does NOT allow tracking or insurance.
Returns made to us due to inaccurate addresses etc will be the buyers responsibility to pay to have it shipped back to you.
We
are not responsible for shipping times stated longer then what USPS
states such as holidays, inclement weather or other reasons for
shipping delays out of our control. Intl shipments may get held up in
customs which will cause a delay and Fairy Wonderful will not be held
responsible for missed deadlines because of a customs hold.

Customer service hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm MST
Customer
service is closed Saturdays and Sundays to be with our families. Orders
may still be placed however we will not process orders or answer emails
