The tutu is created using only premium tulle made in the good ol' USA and sewn for durability. You get to choose the color/colors for your tutu
Fairy Wonderful tutus feature several layers of tulle which is not offered by all tutu designers... so you will not have a skimpy tutu here... just extra poofy an full!!!
