The halter top can also be worn with jeans, capris, leggings and more. The tutu is created using only premium tulle made in the good ol' USA and sewn for durability. You get to choose the color/colors for your tutu and up to 11" in length. For longer tutus or different color tops visit my store or our regular .com store Fairy Wonderful tutus feature several layers of tulle which is not offered by all tutu designers... so you will not have a skimpy tutu here... just extra poofy an full!!!
