This adorable tutu dress is made from 100 to 300 yards of the softest tulle and double face satin available. The tulle is hand trimmed with a rotary cutter and attached by tying to an non roll elastic waistband. The top of the dress has double halter straps in the front and the back... you could have your little princess wear it both ways!
This dress eventually turns into a skirt... as your little princess outgrows this as a dress just simply pull it up around the waist and remove or tuck in the shoulder straps! That's it!!! Many uses for many years to come... not to mention many memories and so much fun!!!
