* WHY DO WE CALL THIS THE NO FUSS DRESS?????
Traditional
tied/sewn tutu dresses are created by tying individual strands of tulle
in several layers to an elastic and sewn for durability. This style of
dress is NOT lined so bloomers , leggings or even a slip can be worn
under the dress. These dresses NEED the tulle "maintained" for a less
messy look by combing down the tulle strands periodically with your
fingers and/or even spraying the tulle with starch or fabric stiffener
(which we have done for ALL photographs in our store). These dresses
tend to bunch up on the child while wearing so if you would like a no
fuss dress we would recommend the slip dresses with overlays or satin
lined tutu dresses.
Satin lined tutu dresses are the "no fuss"
dress. Simply put it on and go... no need for combing tulle as this
dress is sewn using yards and yards of solid pieces of material.. no
need for leggings or bloomers as this dress IS fully lined. And with
all detachable and removable accessories, the sky is the limit...
simply buy any color dress and as many colors of accessory kits for
endless design choices. Now she can wear her dress to more than one
occasion with a completely different look.
