FairyWonderful offers CUSTOM MADE designs which are made after the order is placed and require a make time... please see store front for current "MAKE TIMES" All tutus are made on a 3/4 inch elastic and sewn for durability and will allow for several inches in growth so she can wear her tutu or tutu dress for years to come.
