Please read this terms of sale page in its entirety. When your order is placed you must check off that you have read our terms of sale. In doing so you are accepting as states here that you agree and understand our terms of sale.
IMPORTANT: All items are custom made after order is placed.
Please be sure to refer to our MAKE TIMES which DO NOT include weekends or holidays and they do NOT include SHIPPING TIME.
Please consider when ordering that ALL embellishments WILL vary slightly such as flowers, ribbons, fabrics etc as we cannot guarantee that we will have access to identical embellishments in the picture but will do our very best to match the product shown.
Products, prices and embellishments may change without notice.
We accept Paypal and credit cards for payment.
IMPORTANT: Our make times DO NOT include ship times.
Packages in the US are shipped USPS Priority Mail
and take 2-3 days.
International shipments ship via first class which can range from 10 days up to six weeks depending on your location.
You can upgrade to priority international shipping by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We can set you up a special sale for the shipping difference.
If you choose to go with first class international mail we cannot be responsible for your package as the
first class shipping does NOT allow tracking or insurance.
Returns made to us due to inaccurate addresses etc will be the buyers responsibility to pay to have it shipped back to you.
Shipment of orders will be in a timely fashion. YOu will receive an
email from the USPS with our tracking information.
Once your package has shipped it is no longer
our responsibility. Due to a high increase in post office-related
scams we can no longer replace late shipments or compensate
customers monetarily or with new product for what
is claimed to be lost shipments.

to file a claim on lost packages.
We are not responsible for shipping times stated longer then what USPS states such as holidays, inclement weather or other reasons for shipping delays out of our control. International shipments may get held up in customs which will cause a delay and Fairy Wonderful will not be held responsible for missed deadlines because of a customs hold.
